Financial Arrangements

We are committed to providing our patients with excellent, affordable dental care.  For your convenience we offer a variety of payment options.  Our office accepts most dental insurance plans and we are preferred dental providers for a large number of insurance companies used by employers in our area.  If you are unsure whether we are a preferred provider for your dental insurance company, or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 896-1986. 

  • If you have insurance, full payment of deductibles, co-insurance/co-payments and non-covered services is required at the time services are rendered.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits; however, we will collect all estimated deductibles and co-insurance amounts at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
  • We also accept Care Credit and Capital One Dental Fee Plan.
    Both are flexible payment plans that offer interest –free options for 6 to 12 months or low monthly payments extended up to 84 months.  The application and approval process is conveniently handled in our office within 20 minutes.
  • Full Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
